In this project, which was an academic and group project, we were asked to design a play structure for the playground at Montessori Discovery School in Syracuse. First of all, since our employer for this project was the Montessori School, designing for them required a lot of consideration, which included Montessori rules such as using natural materials with natural colors, strengthening children's creativity and skills, and so on. On the other hand, designing for children includes many rules and regulations that we had to consider for this project, including paying close attention to the issue of children's safety during design. The wooden house project, which is a means of climbing structure on the one hand, and a place where children can play group and individual games and boost their creativity. I think the designs we did as a group for this school can appeal to children and strengthen their creativity and gross motor skills as well as social skills.
